We started JCV Partners because we keep seeing the same problems: great campaigns and organizations with powerful tools and amazing people, but with a huge gap between the two. We know what it looks like when tools like NGP VAN aren't optimized, when staff is guessing their way through data, and when campaigns lose ground because the software they're paying for isn't being used effectively. 

This is the problem that JCV Partners is here to solve.

Our approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. We work with you to understand where you are, where you want to be, and how we can get there. When we're done working together, you'll have clean data, confident staff, and tools that are working for you, not against you.

• Hands-on Training: We run tailored training sessions so that you and your staff can work with the tools efficiently and effectively. No more confusing workflows and having to hold progress to make sure everyone knows what they're doing. 

• Data Management & Hygiene: When data is hard to read and harder to work with, it leaves very little room for you to do your work. We make sure your data is clean, consistent, and easy to follow. 

"My path to this work has been a winding one. When I first started I only ever intended to be a volunteer, and the idea of having any kind of impact or responsibility sounded daunting. I had no idea what I was in for. Fast forward a few years, and a couple of cycles, and I was still doing the work. Eventually, I realized that there was a similar role that I kept finding myself in. I have always tried to put myself in a position where I can help others succeed.

There are so many amazing and passionate people working for progressive change, and the reality is that people who truly are able and willing to make change aren't always the one's who are most effective with the tools. This is not for a lack of trying either, but when you're being pulled in a hundred different directions at every hour of the day, the last thing you want is to sit down and watch a confusing video that leaves you with more questions than it answers. 

This is the problem that I seek to solve. My goal is to make sure that those in the progressive space are able to do the work they need to do to bring about change. I see it as a privilege to be able to help others, and if you think that can be you, please don't hesitate to reach out."
